Qn : I have a base Odoo database with the modules, certain configurations per module, etc. Is it possible for the module to create a copy of this base Odoo database when the customer subscribes to the service in order to create a customer instance?
Ans : If you are going with the container/ docker approach, then this is not possible. If you are going without a container, then we use one bare database to replicate the bare minimum modules to be installed in every new tenant database.
Ans: We send notifications via email. If SMS is to be sent, then we can do that with extra development hours.
